A dark night, how convenient. Hardly any lights on, just enough to see a few shadowy figures here or there. Almost upon cue, Reckless Jack shows up, dressed in a Trivium hoodie and jeans. He paces the streets, looking over what is a run down neighbor hood. Yeah, a place that looked like Brooklyn, quite a good place as far as Reckless Jack was concerned. This was the type of area he grew up in as a boy, a place he can really relate to. He sees a few people sitting on the streets, looking like they need a good hot meal or a bath. He pays no attention to them as he comes upon a corner. He looks around, perhaps seeing if someone he knew was there but he only had gotten here, how could he know anyone. He pulls out a cell phone. Jack stares at the service bars... none, just his luck.
Reckless Jack: I haven't gotten the foggest of where I am but this looks like home.
He points over to a building that is looking a bit run down. A few people are sitting on the stairs leading into it. Jack smiles as he walks over to check the place out.
Reckless Jack: Just the kind of place I went to school in. A run down building like that. Hardly kept going there after I hurt my knee. Senior year... everything changed for the worse...
Reckless Jack slams his fist against the building as some dust falls from the area. Thinking about his old days growing up will do that to him. All the the things he had to put up with in his early life shaped him into what he is today. A man who hardly trusts anyone, has no idea of what his family is and most of all, has two lost loves and a son he never sees.
Reckless Jack: I look around this area and it's just amazing how it looks like my old hood growing up. The buildings, the people, it's amazing. People like this back in the day used to scare me though. Never knew what they were doing. Coulda been selling stuff that's illegal.
He shakes his head as he starts walking again. No one notices him so far due to what some people could outside fame but what does that matter to him.
Reckless Jack: I remember seeing things back in the day I wish I could have stopped. I was just a punk kid though. I see this city as a whole, just not this run down part as a place to redeem myself for past failures in life. A chance to start brand new. Perhaps take care of some people that don't need to be pushin junk to kids on the street.
Reckless Jack shrugs as he sits down on the curb. A few old cars go by. One of them looks as if it's going to fall apart if it keeps going. He smirks as he sees a few other people. Most of them men in hoods, exchanging products between themselves. He shakes his head again.
Reckless Jack: Those guys over there are what I am talking about... the scum of this neighborhood...
He lowers his head down.
Reckless Jack: People like that killed my foster brother back in the day. Suppose that's part of the reason why I am so bent up on this. Only time will tell though about how my time goes here in PWA... my new journey is just beginning and this is the perfect place to start... Howie Banks, just a name to me. Nothing more, nothing less. I mean, what kind of person is he? No idea. What kind of wrestler is he? No idea. But my point is this, PWA, it's only going to begin now. Like I just said, a perfect place to start all over again. So Howie Banks, gonna do anything tomorrow night or not? So anyways, good luck sir and I'll see you in the ring.
